Light Elegance - Flat Matte Top Coat

Flat Matte is a durable matte top coat that can be used over any gel or acrylic to deliver the perfect matte finish.

Apply and cure for 1 minute in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a CFL lamp. Don't forget to cleanse after curing.
